Patient Focus Groups

Patient Focus Groups have been set up by the Hospital to obtain feedback from patients on their experience of the service they received while a patient in the hospital. Patient Focus Groups are held on an annual basis and patient are randomly selected from each specialty provided within the hospital (General Medicine, General Surgery and Gynaecology) and invited to attend sessions involving an external facilitator. The sessions will involve discussion on the care, facilities, information, staff, hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital. Feedback from the sessions will be considered by management in the planning and delivery of future services.
